BullionStarの発送に同意が必要だった？
7/27に発注してもうすぐ1か月。実はまだ物は届いていません。

BullionStarの注文のステータスです。
もともとブリタニア銀貨がPre-Saleで8/12頃入荷予定だったのでそれ以降になることはわかっていたのですがステータスが8/9のPayment Receivedから8/25のDispatchedになるまで非常に時間が空いています。
で、8/12に以下のようなメールが来ていたのですがgoogle翻訳使ってで読む限り、ただFedexが配送するのに時間がかかるよというようなメールにしか読めませんでした。
なので読んではいたのですが返信はしていませんでした。
We note that you have requested your order to be shipped. Please be informed that due to the Coronavirus situation, many countries are under lockdown and although we will be shipping with Fedex, there may be a delay to your package.
Please also note that it is really strenuous for us to advise on the taxes and duties as different countries have different regulations and we have also encountered situations where the destination customs charged a handling fee on the order even though it's tax-free. To try and assist our customers, we did email the customs of different countries regarding duties and taxes. However, most of the time we are simply ignored by them.
Unfortunately, you will need to do your due diligence for the customs requirements of the destination country. The shipping fee charged does not include any customs fees that you may be required to pay.
Please confirm that you indeed want your order shipped. All orders are binding but we will give you the option to store with Buillionstar should you prefer.

ただこれ(赤字の部分)に同意しますと返信する必要があったようです。
放置していたら電話かかってきました。出ませんでしたが・・・。
たまたま出れなかっただけですが多分英語で言われてもわからない気がする・・・。
それでそのあと同意してくれとメールが来たのですが何をしたら同意したことになるのかわからなかったので
I understand that I will pay sales tax and fees when importing into Japan apart from payment to you guys.
I am aware that these expenses will be paid when I arrive in Japan. Is this correct?
And what do you do to agree?
私は日本に輸入する場合消費税や手数料を支払うことを理解しています。
これらの費用は日本に到着したときに支払うと考えていますが正しいですか？
それと何をすれば同意したことになりますか？
と返信したらすぐ発送の手配してくれました。I agree.だけでも進めてくれそうな気はします・・・。
BullionStarで注文されてステータスがPayment Receivedで進まないならメールを確認してみた方がいいかもしれません。
ちなみに注文内容(ステータス)はTransactionsで確認できます。
というわけで明日ぐらいには荷物が届きそうです！
